Return & Refund Policy

1. No Returns

As the Parad Shivling is a religious item that is energized and prepared specially for the devotee, it cannot be returned or exchanged after it has been shipped or delivered. Please order carefully.

2. No Refunds

Once payment is completed and the order is confirmed, the amount paid is non-refundable, except in the specific case described below.

3. Damaged or Wrong Item (Only Exception)

We take great care in packing. However, if your product arrives physically damaged in transit or you receive a wrong item, you may be eligible for a free replacement, subject to the following:

• You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
• You must share clear unboxing photos/video showing the damage and the packaging.
• After verification, we will arrange a replacement of the same product.

This exception covers replacement of the item only — it is not a cash refund.

4. Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched. If you wish to cancel, you must contact us before dispatch. Approved pre-dispatch cancellations, if any, will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Failed / Duplicate Payments

If money was deducted but your order was not confirmed, or you were charged twice due to a technical error, please contact us with your payment details. Verified failed or duplicate transactions will be refunded to the original payment method as per Razorpay's standard timelines.
